Billing FAQ
One-time purchased credits never expire. Subscription credits are use-it-or-lose-it within each billing cycle — every renewal resets your balance to that plan's fresh allotment, so they don't carry over to the next cycle.
Yearly plans are billed once upfront, but your credits are released monthly rather than all at once. The per-month amount shown on each plan is exactly what lands in your account at the start of every month.
Every model has its own credit price — lightweight image models cost only a few credits, while video is metered by length and costs more. The exact credit cost is shown before you run any generation, so you're never charged a surprise.
Yes — monthly and yearly plans renew automatically so your credits keep arriving. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no further charges after that.
You keep your plan and its remaining credits until the end of the period you've already paid for — nothing is cut off early. After it ends, subscription credits stop renewing, while any one-time pack credits stay in your account.
Yes. Use the Customer Portal from your subscription page to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at period end.
Yes. If an AI task fails on our side, the pre-deducted credits are refunded automatically. For order-level refunds contact support — we process them through Stripe and reverse the credits in the same transaction.
Commercial use is included on every paid plan. The free starter credits are for personal evaluation only.
